Electrical Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Electrical division as a Sales and Service Representative.

About the Role

As a Sales and Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and processing incoming calls and orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and process orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Purchase materials for customers and negotiate sales
  • Source materials for customers when not in stock
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with order taking, product, pricing, deliveries, and overall service
  • Counter sales and handle returns as required

Requirements

  • Grade 12 education required
  • Previous experience an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate
  • Knowledge of the plumbing and heating industry an asset
