Job Title: IT Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Mark Anthony Wine & Spirits. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network and server infrastructure, ensuring high levels of availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Design and Implementation: Plan, design, and develop local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and server infrastructure to support our business operations.
  • Network Hardware and Software Management: Manage network hardware, software, communication links, and servers, ensuring they are properly configured and maintained.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to our teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies, maintaining the security and integrity of our network and server infrastructure.
  • Remote Office Support: Provide support for systems at remote office locations, ensuring seamless business operations.
  • After-Hours Support: Be available outside of regular working hours to provide after-hours on-call support.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of IT experience, with a focus on network and server infrastructure.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of network and server infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless technologies, and server systems.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and/or with limited supervision.

Education: Diploma in a related field preferred but not required.
