Job Summary:

The Manager, IT (Service Architect) will lead the Network Architecture team with architecture and delivery of critical technologies including Domain Name Service (DNS), Dynamic Host Control Protocol (DHCP), IP Address Management (IPAM), Network Monitoring, Network Automation, Data Visualization, Data Discovery, Data Auditing, and technology capital management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage systems and services providing critical network services such as DNS, DHCP, network monitoring and alerting.
  • Scales and evolves systems sustainably, through automation, advocating for changes that improve reliability and agility.
  • Design and implement enterprise-level architectures for DNS, DHCP, IPAM, Network Monitoring, Network Automation, Data Visualization, and related technologies.
  • Expertise in network automation tools such as Python, Nornir, and NetDevOps frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques, particularly Grafana.
  • Experience in data discovery and auditing methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of technology capital management practices, including lifecycle management and financial planning.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Seven (7) years of experience in telecommunications networking and computing.
  • Certifications/Licenses: a valid driver's license is required for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Nine (9) years of experience working in the telecommunications, networking and/or computing industry.
