Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and assist claimants to support their recovery and access benefits and external resources.
  • Review files for potential return-to-work (RTW) opportunities and develop strategies to facilitate successful RTW outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including medical professionals and claims examiners, to ensure comprehensive and timely claim resolution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including healthcare providers and community organizations, to enhance claimant outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, legislative changes, and best practices in case management to ensure compliance and excellence in claim resolution.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex claim scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with claimants, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Proven experience in case management, with a focus on injury claims and return-to-work strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
