Agricultural Laborer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Farm Worker at Sundelyn International Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and development
- Harvest and sort fruits and vegetables to meet quality standards
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety
- Assist with greenhouse cleaning and maintenance to promote healthy plant growth
- Work in a team environment to achieve daily and weekly goals
The successful candidate will work in a rural area, surrounded by fruit and vegetable combination farming. The work site environment is wet/damp and dusty, requiring the ability to work in challenging conditions.
Requirements- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Will train on the job
- Organized and able to work independently
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Quick learner with a willingness to adapt to new situations
- Paid time off (volunteering or personal days)
- Parking available
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
