We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a farm worker at Sundelyn International Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to crop cultivation, harvesting, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and development
- Harvest fruits and vegetables using manual or mechanical methods
- Sort and pack produce for distribution
- Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery
- Assist with greenhouse cleaning and maintenance
- Perform other tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the farm
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Basic knowledge of agricultural practices and equipment
