Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Shipping Methods: Research and select the most efficient shipping methods for our products, taking into account factors such as cost, speed, and reliability.
  • Schedule Distribution: Plan and coordinate the distribution of goods to our customers, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Prepare Shipping Documents: Accurately prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents, ensuring all necessary information is included.
  • Inspect and Verify Goods: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming goods to ensure they match the invoices and other documents.
  • Maintain Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, inventory, and other relevant data.
  • Route Goods: Route goods to the appropriate storage areas, ensuring efficient use of warehouse space.
  • Pack and Unpack Goods: Pack goods for shipment and unpack goods received, ensuring they are properly labeled and stored.
  • Oversee Loading and Unloading: Supervise the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring they are handled safely and efficiently.
  • Supervise Material Handlers: Supervise material handlers and helpers, providing guidance and support as needed.
