Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
- Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including tax returns and other statistical reports.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent time management skills.
Our office is a hybrid work environment, with a mix of remote and in-office work. We offer a permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week.
The work language is English, and we are looking for someone who is highly organized, accurate, and dependable.
