We are seeking a skilled Mechanic Assistant to join our team at Car Boyz Auto. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist mechanics with various tasks, including tool handling and equipment movement.
  • Support surveying activities by holding stakes and signaling safety procedures to other workers and the general public.
  • Collaborate with tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers to achieve team goals.
  • Clean machines and work areas to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • This role requires a high level of physical fitness, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
Personal Suitability
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
Support for Indigenous People
  • Participate in initiatives that promote Indigenous inclusion and cultural awareness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities and organizations.
  • Provide cultural competency training to all employees.

We offer a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week and a competitive salary.
