Job Summary

Service Instukem Ltee is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and resolving overdue accounts, issuing statements, and depositing checks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and effectively resolve overdue accounts in a professional manner.
  2. Issue statements of account to customers and representatives.
  3. Deposit checks into the bank account using a scanner.
  4. Assist with monthly billing and financial reporting.
  5. Communicate respectfully with clients and stakeholders.
  6. Respond to customer inquiries and take service calls when needed.
  7. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  8. Issue customer contracts and follow up with representatives.
  9. Utilize Excel skills to analyze and report financial data.
  10. Bilingual (French/English) communication skills are required.
  11. Previous experience in collections or accounting is an asset.
