Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to lead our construction site team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure a well-functioning team.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a construction site leadership role.
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a noisy, outdoors environment with heights and dust.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and hard hat required.
