Geotechnical Engineering Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Engineering Manager to join our team at Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of our geotechnical projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead geotechnical investigations, site assessments, and field studies to ensure the stability and safety of our clients' structures.
  • Perform geotechnical analysis and design for various projects, including foundations, slope stability, retaining walls, and earthworks.
  • Conduct quality control and assurance reviews of geotechnical work to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers and technical staff to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Prepare geotechnical reports and deliver technical presentations to clients to communicate project results and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geological, Civil, or Geotechnical Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in geotechnical engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a strong proficiency in geotechnical analysis software.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities, with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
