Geotechnical Engineering Manager

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Engineering Manager to lead our geotechnical projects in the Toronto, Ontario area.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead geotechnical investigations, site assessments, and field studies to ensure the stability and safety of our clients' structures.
  2. Develop and implement geotechnical analysis and design for various projects, including foundations, slope stability, retaining walls, and earthworks.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geotechnical considerations into overall project design.
  4. Manage and mentor junior engineers and technical staff to ensure the successful execution of our geotechnical projects.
  5. Prepare geotechnical reports and deliver technical presentations to clients.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geological, Civil or Geotechnical Engineering from a recognized university.
  2. Professional Engineer (PE) license in geotechnical engineering.
  3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
  4. Strong proficiency in geotechnical analysis software (CIVIL3D, GeoStudio, LeapFrog, Rocscience, PLAXIS, GEO5, or equivalent).
  5. Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
