Nail Salon Team Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at P&M Cure Nails. The ideal candidate will have experience in salon operations and be able to manage a team of nail technicians to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of nail technicians to ensure efficient and effective salon operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the salon, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance of equipment.
- Training: Train and develop nail technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Work Environment
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively. The work involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
