About the Role
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
  • Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry and Record-Keeping

The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting financial transactions into our accounting system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, filing and organizing financial documents, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.

Accounts Payable and Receivable

This role involves processing invoices and payments, preparing and sending invoices to customers, and balancing bank statements with the general ledger.

Bank Reconciliation

The Financial Operations Specialist will be responsible for identifying and resolving discrepancies between bank statements and the general ledger.
