Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Simply Fresh. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate and manage food costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency in our kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement new menu items, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent food preparation and presentation.
  • Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus for special occasions and banquets.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment.
  • Proven track record of menu development, cost control, and team leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Halal cuisine expertise and experience working in a multicultural kitchen environment.
