We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team at AGF Employment Inc. in Brampton, ON.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Operate a counterbalance forklift and other powered equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count products.
  • Responsible for checking all inbound products for damage and ensuring they are put away safely in designated locations.
  • Optimize loads to ensure warehouse efficiency and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Adhere to production schedules and manage the raw material storage area.
  • Comply with all OSHA and safety standards, as well as quality control policies and procedures.
  • Perform daily inspections of equipment and maintain a neat, clean, and orderly facility.

Requirements:



  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a forklift operator.
  • Technical aptitude and high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math knowledge and computer skills, including Excel and SAP.
  • A team player with a willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Shift: Morning shift (7:00am-3:30pm)
