Job Title: Senior Manager, Infrastructure Solutions Sales

We are Lenovo, a global technology powerhouse, and we're seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our Canadian Field Sales Team. As a Senior Manager, Infrastructure Solutions Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in uncovering opportunities and selling the benefits of our Edge to Cloud portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and cultivate client relationships to achieve profit and revenue objectives.
  • Lead a team of account executives across Canada, setting the direction for inside and specialist sales teams.
  • Manage complex sales and drive to close, ensuring that products, services, and solutions meet client needs.
  • Acquire new logos and grow existing customer opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales team leadership and/or management experience.
  • 3+ years of Server/Storage Sales knowledge.
  • Must have worked in a quota-carrying sales environment for 5+ years.
  • Ability to travel across Canada as needed.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Previous field sales experience.
  • Experience with hiring and working with talent acquisition to identify top talent.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and ability to influence others.
