About the Role

At Sunfire Protection Ltd., we are seeking a seasoned Clean Site Operations Manager to oversee our cleaning operations and drive excellence in site management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for managing cleaning staff, including training and performance evaluation.
  • Schedule and coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless site operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Create accurate budget forecasts and cost estimates to inform business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services, such as painting or repair work, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement these initiatives.
  • Manage financial records and maintain transparent accounting practices.
  • Collaborate with cleaning staff to optimize their workflows and achieve efficiency gains.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on goals and objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant certifications or diplomas.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, prioritize tasks, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Working knowledge of industry standards and regulations, particularly in relation to health and safety.
What We Offer
