As a Sanitation Manager at CLEAN & GREEN BUILDING MAINTENANCE INC., your primary responsibilities will include:
- Hiring, training, and supervising cleaning staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Coordinating activities with other departments to maintain smooth operation.
- Inspecting sites or facilities to guarantee compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations.
- Assisting cleaners in performing their duties as needed.
- Establishing work schedules and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A strong understanding of sanitation and safety protocols.

**Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary range of **$45,000 - $65,000 per year**, based on experience, as well as health benefits and a permanent employment contract. This position requires 40 hours of work per week.
**Work Environment:**
This role involves working in various locations, including office buildings, commercial facilities, hotels, and more. You must be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, under pressure, and with repetitive tasks. Additionally, you should be able to stand, walk, bend, and crouch regularly.
