Position Overview
This role is responsible for leading a team of Support Associates to ensure they meet key performance indicators and achieve their career objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach, develop, and motivate Support Associates to meet expectations and achieve career objectives.
- Deliver profitable growth through exceptional customer experience and commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Provide immediate and ongoing feedback and mentoring to employees regarding their performance and development.
- Participate in business planning, recruitment, and workforce planning to drive organizational success.
- Assist with projects and initiatives to meet strategic goals and objectives.
- Manage, analyze, and optimize revenue, retention, underwriting goals, and customer experience quality levels results.
- Lead staff meetings to review department and corporate results, and implement new policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Work with business partners to achieve organizational objectives and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Must have an OTL (Other Than life) license.
- Post-secondary education in Insurance or a business-related field is preferred.
- 2-4 years of Insurance experience.
- Effective business decision-making attributes, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, project management, and planning skills are essential.
- Superb leadership abilities to maximize team performance and organizational success.
