Job Title: Light Duty Cleaner

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Choe Management. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, pick up debris and empty trash containers, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers, address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Transportation and Travel: Own transportation.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, tight deadlines, physically demanding, walking.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, permanent position, 40 hours per week, English language, Anglais.
