Job Title: Light Duty Cleaner

BC Ltd. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and dust-free environment.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or maintenance role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:
  • Work will be performed in a variety of settings, including apartment/condominium complexes, urban areas, office buildings, cleaning service companies, industrial facilities, commercial buildings, recreational facilities, schools, and shopping centers.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication.
Hours of Work:
  • 30 to 35 hours per week.
