What You'll Do:
  • Maintain aircraft to the highest standards, adhering to manufacturer and regulatory guidelines.
  • Inspect, assess, and repair aircraft structures, systems, and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Dismantle and assemble aircraft systems for repair and overhaul, utilizing your technical expertise.
  • Troubleshoot defects and implement corrective actions, ensuring aircraft airworthiness.
  • Remove, install, and test aircraft components, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Manage technical records and ensure compliance with Transport Canada regulations.
  • Complete records of work done, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record system.
  • Work in compliance with administrative, health, and safety policies and procedures.
What You'll Bring:
  • A valid Canadian AME M2 license.
  • Experience in aircraft periodic inspections and heavy inspections.
  • Strong diagnostic skills, with a solid understanding of aircraft systems, aerodynamics, and basic applied mechanics.
  • Hands-on experience with disassembling aircraft systems, removing defective components, and installing replacement parts.
  • Ability to perform a wide range of tasks related to aircraft maintenance.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a strong capacity to learn and work under pressure.
Requirements:
  • Must qualify for RAAC and AVOP passes.
  • Must possess a valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driver abstract.
  • Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and shiftwork based on workload schedules with short notice at times.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
