Job Title: Operations Vice-President

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to join our team at Daadir Transportation Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our operations team and overseeing the implementation of organizational policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  3. Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  4. Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  5. Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  6. Event Management: Manage events and ensure their successful execution.
  7. Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback.
  8. Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
Supervision:

The Operations Vice-President will supervise a team of 11-15 people and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of their duties.

Computer and Technology Knowledge:
  1. Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Area of Work Experience:

The ideal candidate will have experience in management and a strong understanding of business operations.
