We are seeking a highly skilled Oral Health Specialist to join our team at dentalcorp. As an Oral Health Specialist, you will be responsible for examining patients' teeth, gums and surrounding tissue, planning dental health treatment, and restoring, extracting and replacing diseased and decayed teeth.
Key Responsibilities:- Examine patients' teeth, gums and surrounding tissue
- Plan dental health treatment
- Restore, extract and replace diseased and decayed teeth
- Perform oral surgery, periodontal surgery and other treatments
- Design bridgework, fit dentures and provide appliances
- Educate patients concerning oral hygiene
To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine or optometry and experience in the field of dentistry is an asset. You should also be licensed by provincial or territorial authorities and hold certification from the National Dental Examining Board of Canada.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including commission and permanent work hours of 30-40 hours per week.
