About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate ECE Assistant to join our team at Mossy Branches Inc. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality childcare services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage children in activities that promote their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with our team of early childhood educators to ensure a seamless and supportive learning environment.
  • Provide physical accessibility accommodations to ensure equal access to our services.
  • Participate in government or community programs that support persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees.
  • Offer mentorship and coaching opportunities to support the growth and development of our clients.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
