Senior Business Analyst

S.i. Systems is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to support the requirements gathering and consolidation process for national level transformation initiatives.

Background

S.i. Systems' Public Sector clients' Project Management Office is responsible for delivering and managing several mission-critical systems that support the day-to-day operations of the organization on a national scale. As the client prepares for upcoming transformation initiatives, they require a Senior Business Analyst to support the requirements gathering and consolidation process.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze information, presenting findings on complex issues, and preparing reports.
  • Analyze and advise on business processes, strategies, and functions, and implement improvements.
  • Lead and manage business systems and process improvements, including redesign and automation.
  • Recognize market factors and adapt business decisions to the organization's sector and industry.
  • Analyze and document business requirements and deliver work products throughout the life cycle.
  • Assess the organization's capacity to undertake and deliver initiatives or changes.
  • Consult with stakeholders to identify comprehensive business requirements.
  • Provide support in analyzing, evaluating, and controlling risks related to requirements.
  • Manage the implementation of an organizational improvement plan to identify, analyze, plan, track, and control improvements.
  • Perform SWOT analysis to determine whether further investment in a project is warranted.
  • Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
Requirements
  • Federal clearance at the level of Enhanced Reliability (Level 1) or above.
  • Valid certificate related to IM/IT Governance or Service Management.
