Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Clerks Supervisor to join our team at Paladin Security. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling activities of workers, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and activities
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work and meet deadlines
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports on work progress and performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet operational needs
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or coordination role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Working Conditions:
