Job Title: Scheduling Clerks Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Clerks Supervisor to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Scheduling Clerks Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the activities of our workforce, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and activities
  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports on workforce performance and productivity
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and co-ordinate, assign, and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers, teach safe work procedures, and prepare material safety reports

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 30 hours per week
