Healthcare Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and organized Healthcare Operations Specialist to join our team at HMTG PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION.
About the RoleThis role is responsible for coordinating the flow of information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will also be proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and have experience with electronic mail and medical reports.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the flow of information and maintain accurate records
- Schedule and confirm appointments, and arrange travel itineraries
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, and order supplies as needed
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Enter and format medical reports and correspondence, and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review
- Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records, and perform data entry tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experience with electronic mail and medical reports
