Job Title: Financial Director

As a Financial Director at VINCI Construction France, you will play a key role in shaping the company's financial vision and direction. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial advice and guidance to the executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage the finance and accounting department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and mitigate financial risks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with financial partners and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and group reporting requirements
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership, finance, and accounting experience
  • Strong background in international finance and accounting
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications and Power BI
  • Strong working experience with Oracle PeopleSoft and other Tier 1 ERP's
  • Written and verbal fluency in English
