Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Healthcare Assistant to support our team at EastCity Physiotherapy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, maintaining supplies, and performing general clerical duties in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to health care professionals, including scheduling appointments, processing files and paperwork, and managing routine office functions.
  • Supply Management: Maintain supplies, order equipment, and organize inventory to ensure a smooth operation of the office.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting patients.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Office of a healthcare professional or private practice.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently is essential.
