Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Visiting Nurse (RN or RPN) who can provide quality care to our clients. As a member of our team, you will thrive in a culture that values flexibility, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
You will be responsible for delivering client-focused care, managing wound care, and providing support to school students. Experience working with IV antibiotic administration, CVAD care, and PORT-A-CATH care access/de-access would be an asset.
A minimum of two years' community or clinical/hospital experience is preferred. You must be certified with Standard First Aid & CPR/AED (Level C) and possess current Mask Fit test. We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of organizational and time management skills
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs)
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
