We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to join our team at Total Group Worldwide Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that our goals and objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior operations role
  • Proven track record of success in operations management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Windows
