Research Agreement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Agreement Coordinator to facilitate research at the University Health Network. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to work closely with our team and make a meaningful contribution to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and drafting unencumbered research funding agreements with third parties, including government funding agencies, charities, private foundations, and research institutions. You will also work closely with our Grant Officers/Specialists and Research Agreement Specialists to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, national and international standards, and UHN policies. Additionally, you will provide funder/agency budget and related policy requirements advice to other departments.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Research Agreement Coordinator, your key duties will include:
- Reviewing and analyzing research funding proposals and agreements
- Negotiating and drafting research funding agreements
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, national and international standards, and UHN policies
- Providing guidance and support to researchers and departments on research funding opportunities and requirements
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous vacation time.
