About the Role:

The Deli Clerk is a key member of our grocery team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Slice meats, prepare hot foods, and maintain a clean and organized deli department.
  • Merchandise and display products in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Supervise and support other team members as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping in the deli department.

Requirements:

  • Commitment to service excellence and food production quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and Saturdays.
