**Office Administrator/Hardware Manager - Morden Branch**

If you love the fast-paced retail sales environment we have a Career for you. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is ready to join our team. As a valuable member of our team your duties will include:

- Guide customers through their purchase process in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
- General Administrative Duties including accounts receivable maintenance and following up with customer accounts
- Cashier duties and office administration including daily cash reconciliation and filing
- Assists in hiring and orientation of new staff
- Submitting employee payroll and creation of work schedules.
- All functions associated with the purchasing and receiving of hardware related items
- Provides timely and accurate sales transactions records
- Keeps team members up to date on company flyers and new product knowledge
- Show a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Communicates with coworkers and customers by phone and in person in a friendly and timely manner
- Be physically able to repeatedly lift/carry over 50lbs
- The ability to work in a team environment is essential
- Previous experience is preferred and knowledge of building materials is an asset but not required
- Must enjoy a fast paced environment
- Display a desire to expand on their knowledge and skill set.
