Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Transparent Staffing Solutions Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a permanent position, working 30-40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, agreements, and other documents.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to team members.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
