About the Role:

As a Personal Support Worker at Home Concierge, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our members in their own homes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the activities of daily living, including personal care, grooming, and exercise. You will work closely with our members to develop personalized care plans that cater to their unique needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide support with meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping
- Escort members to appointments and outings, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Participate in customized activities and exercises to promote physical and mental well-being

Requirements:

- Must be a graduate from a recognized Personal Support Worker program, Health Care Aide Program, or an International Educated Nurse
- Level 1 First Aid, CPR / AED Certificate
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues
