Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Living Director of Programs and Culinary Experience to join our team at ExecThread. This key leadership role is focused on designing and developing programs that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creation and implementation of dining experiences that meet the highest standards of quality and safety, as well as developing resident engagement initiatives that promote socialization, recreation, and wellness.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess over 15 years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or a related industry. You should have a proven track record in developing and implementing customer-focused programs in multi-site, national network settings. Your expertise in change and project management, stakeholder management, and collaboration will be essential in driving growth and excellence in our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop programs that enhance the well-being and community experience of residents
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of dining experiences that cater to dietary preferences and nutritional needs
  • Develop resident engagement initiatives that reflect diverse interests and recreational needs
  • Maintain culinary standards and food quality across all residences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of programs
