We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Jill Peapell Personnel Consultants Limited.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts. They will also be responsible for managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as preparing financial statements and reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements
- Prepare cheques for payroll and reconcile accounts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Perform other accounting and bookkeeping tasks as required
- College diploma or equivalent in accounting or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.
