Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts. They will also be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, as well as preparing financial statements and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements
  • Prepare cheques for payroll and reconcile accounts
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare financial reports and statements
  • Perform other accounting and bookkeeping tasks as required
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in accounting or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
