Bureau Veritas is seeking a skilled Sample Receipt and Entry Technician to join our environmental laboratory team in Ste-Foy, QC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect samples from clients in a professional manner, ensuring their integrity is maintained.
  • Enter sample data into the Bureau Veritas system within the same day of reception, adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Communicate with project managers and sample entry data loggers to prioritize sample entry and ensure timely completion.
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service group to ensure seamless sample entry and processing.
  • Maintain organization within the STS coldroom and follow quality assurance policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new software.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time position (37.5 hours) with flexible scheduling.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift coolers up to 50lbs.
