**About the Role**

Avanciers is seeking an experienced Database Administration expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL Server database administration, with expertise in replication, security, and performance tuning. They will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and availability of our databases, as well as providing support for data-driven business solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide SQL Server database administration support, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage SQL Server replication, primarily transactional replication.
  • Support and deploy SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) solutions.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience as a SQL Server DBA.
  • Expertise in SQL Server Replication (Transactional Replication is a must).
  • Strong experience with SQL Server database engine, backups, restores, and performance tuning.
