Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Spa Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our spa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spa management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 staff members, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.

The Senior Spa Operations Manager will also be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, managing contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, and planning and controlling budgets and inventory.

In addition, this role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Evaluate daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling staff and allocating resources.
  • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, working closely with external vendors to ensure effective promotions.
  • Plan and control budgets and inventory, ensuring that all expenses are accounted for and that stock levels are maintained.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to help them meet their job expectations.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, responding promptly and professionally to resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment.
  • Degree in a related field, such as hospitality or business administration.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
