Bakery Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Assistant to join our team at Alnejmah Fine Foods. The ideal candidate will have experience in pastry production and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for various baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
- Operate machinery and equipment to mix, knead, and bake dough.
- Requisition and order materials, supplies, and ingredients as needed.
- Ensure the quality of products meets established standards.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to distinguish between colors, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle heavy loads.
- Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills.
The Bakery Assistant will work in a supermarket or bakery department, with a focus on preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
