Job Title: Banking Advisor

About the Role:
As a Banking Advisor at National Bank, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing tailored financial solutions. Your analytical skills, paired with a friendly approach, will enable you to understand clients' needs and offer people-centric services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen to clients' needs and resolve complex situations
  • Provide advice and offer solutions for Personal and Small Business clients
  • Support clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for specific needs
  • Adhere to compliance and risk management rules


Team Environment:
You will work in a dynamic branch, open two evenings a week and Saturdays. A variety of work schedules are possible, and you will report to the Branch Manager. Your team will consist of experts in investment, mortgage financing, and other areas.

Prerequisites:
To be eligible for this role, you must hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent, a mutual fund representative (MFR) licence, and have advisory service experience, an inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
