- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Organized and able to multitask in a busy kitchen environment.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
- English is the primary language spoken in the kitchen.
- 30-35 hours per week, with varied shifts.
