We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Edo Japan Thickwood. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to meet customer demands.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing menu items and customer demands.
- Organized and able to multitask in a busy kitchen setting.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
This is a permanent position with a 30-35 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and under pressure.
